Age 0-Pre-K:
For the safety and security of our children, all children in pre-school and younger must go through the following check in and check out process each Sunday:
When you arrive at your child’s classroom, you must
- fill out a name tag for your child and
- complete the sign in sheet, including a cell phone number and/or destination within the church and the name of the person who will pick up your child.
When you pick up your child, you must
- sign out
- provide an ID to the childcare staff that matches the “pick up” name on the sign in sheet.
A parent or guardian for children five and younger must be in the building at all times the child is in programming.
Age Kindergarten – 8th grade
- Each child must have a CRE Registration Form on file or have a completed Visitors Card for the day attending class.
- All children in Kindergarten through 3rd grade must be signed in and out of their classroom each Sunday by an adult responsible for that child.
- Children in grades 4 through 8 must sign in on the clipboard in their classroom.
- A parent or guardian for children 5 and younger must be in the building at all times the child is in programming. When extenuating circumstances dictate that the parent of school-age children must be absent for all or part of a Sunday morning, that parent must check out with the Board Member on Duty or phone the Religious Education Library, 743-2805, ext. 315, and leave emergency contact information.
- All participants in All Souls Religious Education Program must wear a name tag.
