Monthly Meals for the Homeless
Do the problems of the poor seem distant and unreal to you? Hands on volunteering at a shelter for the homeless can give help where it is needed, and may also put things in perspective for you. Once a month All Souls volunteers provide the evening meal for the Day Center for the Homeless. The food is prepared in All Souls' kitchen and taken to the Center to Feed the Homeless. Groups within the church are asked to provide the meal once a year, but individual help is also welcome.
